Once an order is verified you will be notified by email with a payment receipt and purchase details. Orders are delivered via email and electronically to your online sLocalTix Ticket Folder within 1-5 minutes of the validated purchase (Immediately in most cases). Your tickets are always available for download in your online sLocalTix account.
Exception: Some Passes require Venue validation and or additional input (such as seat number). If you purchase one of these passes, you will be notified by email with a payment receipt and purchase details and your pass will be delivered when the Venue has completed their process.

Each Venue establishes their own refund policy, and this policy is noted in the ticket description. Contact the Venue to request a refund.
